TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
Kết hợp với R&D để revise/ viết các qui trình sản xuất cho các sản phẩm công ty liên quan các điểm CCP, oPRP, QCPs.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan giải quyết các sự cố phát sinh, sự không phù hợp trong ca sản xuất và khắc phục lỗi kịp thời.
Tư vấn/hỗ trợ bộ phận R&D, Dự án trong việc lựa chọn công nghệ sản xuất cho sản phẩm mới/sửa đổi, thiết bị sản xuất, cơ sở vật chất/mặt bằng.
Cầu nối giữa R&D và sản xuất để đưa các sản phẩm pilot sang sản xuất thương mại.
Lead SAP: cập nhật QM view & Inspection plan liên quan bán thành phẩm & thành phẩm các qui trình sản xuất.
Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ: hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng hoặc khi có phát sinh yêu cầu từ cấp quản lý.
Kiểm soát & hoàn thiện các hồ sơ, hợp đồng liên quan pest control của công ty.
Thực hiện đánh giá, ngăn ngừa rủi ro thiết bị, process & cải thiện.
Hoàn thiện các SOP liên quan vệ sinh manual, CIP, COP, process & thực hiện thẩm tra/ thẩm định.
Thực hiện xây dựng qui trình sản xuất & đóng gói sản phẩm được hiệu quả & tiết kiệm chi phí.
Lead thực hiện cập nhật, ban hành & triển khai các qui định, hướng dẫn, tiêu chuẩn đến sản xuất thương mại.
Thực hiện PQ (đánh giá hiệu suất) đối với hoạt động sản xuất thiết bị mới, dây chuyền sản xuất, cơ sở vật chất/cơ sở.
Thực hiện các công tác khác được yêu cầu từ cấp quản lý.

PurposeWork interaction in the operational needs of the production engineering department & other activities according to company requirements
PurposeWork interactions involving for new/changed equipment and technology to meet the needs of improving, optimizing, and innovating production processes/technology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assessments, prevent equipment risks, processes & improve.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve arising problems and Nonconformityes during production shifts and promptly correct errors.
Perform other tasks requested by management.
Implement effective and cost- effective production and packaging processes.
Implement periodic reports: daily, weekly, monthly or when there is a request from manager.
Lead updates, promulgates and implements regulations, instructions and standards for commercial production.
Lead SAP: update QM view & Inspection plan related to semi- finished products & finished products and production processes.
Execute PQ (performance qualification) for new equipment production, line production, facilities/ premises.
Be connector between R&D, Production to bring the pilot scale production to mass production/ commercial production of company’s products.
Conduct CIP, sanitation methods, product processing, CCPs, oPRPs, QCPs, validation and verification.
Coordinate with R&D to revise/ write “the product processing procedures – SOP” for each company’s product including consistency critical parameters, CCPs, oPRPs, QCPs.
Advise/ support R&D, Project department in choosing production technologies for new/ modified product, production equipment, facilities/ premises.
Control and complete the company&039;s pest control related records and contracts.
