Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic audits of compensation, benefits, and attendance data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records related to employee compensation, benefits, and attendance.
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs, such as salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, payroll, and attendance matters, providing timely and accurate information.
• Oversee timekeeping systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to compensation, benefits, and attendance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits administration.
• Prepare related reports.
Key Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in compensation and benefits administration or related HR function.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in a foreign language, preferably Chinese or English, is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in timekeeping systems and payroll software.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
