JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior International Business Executive at Vinamilk, you will be responsible for managing export operations, developing international markets, and maintaining strong relationships with global partners. This role requires a deep understanding of international trade, market dynamics, and cross- functional coordination to ensure smooth export processes and business growth.
MAIN TASK:
Export Operations Management

Receive and process international customer orders.
Handle ad- hoc requests to ensure timely and compliant export operations.
Coordinate production and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth clearance and documentation.

Market Development & Partner Management

Maintain and develop strong relationships with international clients, including order tracking, pricing policy support, and periodic quality surveys.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends and competitors.
Leverage Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to maximize business opportunities.
Propose strategies to expand into new markets and optimize existing ones.

International Trade Promotion

Implement export promotion programs to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop multilingual promotional materials tailored to each market.

Compliance & Risk Management

Work with R&D to adjust product formulas, packaging, and labeling as required.
Stay updated on international export regulations and ensure compliance in assigned markets.
Handle disputes and claims by coordinating with relevant departments, negotiating compensation, and working with insurers or re- exporting goods if necessary.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations, with at least 1–2 years in a similar role at large- scale export or FMCG companies.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong command of English (a third language is a plus).
Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills.
Familiarity with import- export laws, decrees, and circulars.
Solid knowledge of international business operations and export procedures.
