Chuyên Viên Kế Hoạch Kinh Doanh (Kênh Mt)

- Collecting survey feedback on new products, share & exchange with relevant departments
- Work- with with Sales Man weekly, working together with Sales Man & seeing the results and efficiency
- Follow up new product launching schedule, cooperate with MKT and related section on preparation progress. Build sales strategy & Planning supply & requirements for products.
- Making new product training documents, videos & tracking implementation, effective of training
- Tracking & know exactly the market situation of Sales Center / Brand / CAT
- Analyze the results & evaluate the effectiveness of the strategy & expense
- Working time: From Monday to Friday
- Sales forecasting & planning Monthly, Quarterly sales targets & accompanying support
Job requirements
- Comfortable to work with multi- level analyses and presentations.
- Graduated from University with major in: Economics, BA, Marketing,....
- Proactive, eager to learn corporate, team work and self- motivated individual at the same time
- Have knowledge of Sales Planning/MKT/Economics/experience relating to and support for position.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in related role such as Sales performance, Sales analysis, ...
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadline.
- Good at using excel, Power BI is a plus
