Standard Time Services to Factories

Operation SMV Analysis: Review and cross- check new operation videos provided by factories to ensure that methods and motions align with pre- built common standards.
Factory Enquiries: Collect relevant information, coordinate with appropriate associates (e.g., Factory Garment Technologists, local GSD associates), and seek managerial guidance as needed to respond to factory enquiries.

Costing Services to SMM (Sales, Merchandising & Marketing)

Style Understanding: Follow up on required information and clarify details with relevant stakeholders as needed.
SMM Enquiries: Collect relevant information, liaise with relevant associates (e.g., Factory Garment Technologists, Garment Construction Senior Technologists), and seek managerial guidance as needed to respond to SMM enquiries.
Costing SMV Support to SMM: Monitor factory General Sewing Data (GSD) Senior Associates to ensure costing SMVs are provided to SMM via the CPA system in line with agreed service levels.

Audit

Monitor factories’ internal MBP audits to improve compliance and provide guidance where necessary.
Audit factory SMV accuracy through random checks of operation breakdowns and MBP (Method Best Practice) compliance at regular intervals (e.g., monthly or annually).

GSD user certification is preferred
Diploma in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
At least 2 years of working experience in the apparel industry
Good spoken and written English
Good communication skills
