Conducts generic training and orientation programs for rank- and- file and supervisory levels.
Keeps comprehensive record of all training activities and maintains efficient administration within the department and submits operational reports on time.
Coaches, counsels and develops subordinate employees.
Monitors and controls the use of hotel training facilities, equipment and library.
Ensuring the maximum utilization and productivity of department trainers in each department.
Assists the Human Resources Department with the preparation and implementation of an effective employee communication program, recruitment and performance review procedures.
Keeps comprehensive records of all training activities and maintains efficient administration within the department.
Minutes meeting record and Assistant for GM in office and daily tasks.
Preparing, monitoring and controlling the hotel’s annual training budget.
Instills commitment to the Banyan Tree experience in associates ensuring that the group’s vision and mission are assimilated and the objectives of the hotel are met, especially in line with the Service Profit Chain objectives.
Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters such as BSC, DBSC, LQA results, FSMS and other department audits.
Checks on every department to compile, maintain and update Department Training Manual.
Helps ensure that regular, scheduled training plans are implemented and followed in all departments by randomly attending the training.
Implementing and coordinating all Training aspects within the Group’s Balanced Scorecard Program.
Preparing, communicating and implementing the annual hotel training plan.
