Overview
You turn leads into members. You book trials, drive show ups, close memberships and keep members engaged in Primal’s group classes.
What You Will Do
- Sales conversions: Present plans, handle objections, close monthly memberships or class packs.
- Community touchpoints: Engage members in WhatsApp and in- app, promote events and challenges.
- Lead follow up: Call, DM, and text new leads within minutes. Log every touchpoint.
- Trial booking: Offer the right class,send reminders, reduce no shows.
- Daily reporting: Update lead sheet, show up rates, and sales results before end of day.
Core KPIs
- Speed to lead and daily outreach volume
- Response time to member inquiries
- Trial booking rate and show up rate
- Trial to paid conversion rate
- New memberships and class packs sold
- Referral leads generated
Yêu cầu công việc
What You Bring
- Follow through: Organized, persistent, comfortable working targets and deadlines.
- Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service. Fitness or hospitality is a plus.
- Availability: Able to work some evenings and weekends.
- Communication: Clear, confident, and friendly in Vietnamese and English.
- Tools: booking systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
