Tổng quan về vị trí:Chuyên viên Cao cấp Kết cấu là người chịu trách nhiệm tham mưu, đánh giá năng lực nhà thầu tư vấn thiết kế kết cấu, kiểm soát chất lượng và sự phù hợp của hồ sơ thiết kế theo các tiêu chuẩn hiện hành. Vị trí này tham gia thẩm định, nghiệm thu các giai đoạn thiết kế, phối hợp với các phòng ban chuyên môn để đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và tuân thủ ngân sách đầu tư. Đồng thời, người giữ vai trò này cũng thực hiện rà soát pháp lý hồ sơ, kiểm soát khối lượng, chất lượng thanh toán và cảnh báo các hạng mục đến hạn trong quá trình triển khai dự án.
Mô tả công việc:
Kiểm tra hồ sơ dự án, bản vẽ thiết kế, rà soát và cập nhật cơ sở pháp lý cho các hồ sơ
Cảnh báo các giai đoạn, hạng mục công việc sắp đến hạn
Kiểm tra chất lượng hồ sơ, bản vẽ thiết kế phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn/ quy chuẩn hiện hành của nhà nước ban hành
Kiểm soát ngân sách, tổng mức đầu tư, kiểm soát tiến độ, chất lượng so với hợp đồng
Thực hiện kiểm tra hồ sơ thanh toán hợp đồng của các nhà thầu TVTK (nếu có)
Tổng hợp tất cả các loại hồ sơ được cơ quan ban ngành phê duyệt/ cấp phép
Tham gia kiểm tra chất lượng, nghiệm thu các hạng mục đạt yêu cầu, HS thiết kế tại các giai đoạn và hoàn thành bàn giao hồ sơ thiết kế
Lập và trình duyệt yêu cầu thiết kế theo công trình cụ thể
Tham mưu đánh giá năng lực các nhà thầu tư vấn thiết kế, Đề xuất tiêu chuẩn đánh giá năng lực theo yêu cầu từng thiết kế
Phối hợp với các bộ phận chuyên môn khác để đảm bảo các yêu cầu về tiến độ và tính chính xác của hồ sơ
Đánh giá giải pháp của TVTK, góp ý sử dụng vật liệu, thiết kế cho từng hạng mục công trình
Đánh giá hồ sơ nghiệm thu về khối lượng, chất lượng hoàn thành các công việc phụ trách
Thực hiện công việc khác yêu cầu của P. TGĐ Khối Quản lý thiết kế

Position Overview:The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for consulting and evaluating the capabilities of structural design consultants, and ensuring the quality and compliance of design documents with current standards and regulations. This role involves reviewing and approving design stages, coordinating with other departments to ensure project progress, quality, and adherence to the approved investment budget. The position also includes reviewing legal documentation, monitoring work volumes and payment quality, and issuing alerts for upcoming project deadlines or deliverables.
Job description:
Control budget, total investment, progress, and quality against the terms of the contract.
Prepare and submit design requirements for specific projects.
Compile all types of documents approved or licensed by governmental authorities.
Review the quality of design documents and drawings to ensure compliance with current national standards and regulations.
Evaluate acceptance dossiers regarding the volume and quality of completed tasks under responsibility.
Provide consultation and evaluate the capabilities of design consulting contractors; propose competency assessment criteria based on the specific requirements of each design.
Provide warnings for upcoming deadlines and project phases.
Coordinate with other specialized departments to ensure progress and accuracy of documentation.
Assess the design solutions proposed by consultants; provide feedback on material usage and design for each construction item.
Review and verify payment documents for design consulting contractors (if applicable).
Participate in quality inspections and acceptance of completed components and design dossiers at each stage; ensure final handover of design documents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Deputy General Director of the Design Management Division.
Review project documents and design drawings; examine and update the legal basis for all dossiers.
