Chinese–English Translator (Fresher)

Purpose of Position:

To assist Manager in translation & workflow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for inspection scheduling, interfacing with both Whalen supply chain team members and factories to ensure Whalen QC are in the right factory at the right time to perform appropriate inspections.
All other duties as assigned.
Leverage QARMA (Whalen’s QC Inspection Application) to update ad hoc inspections into the tool and to pull down reports from the tool for leadership analysis.
Collect documents from the office to the factory team and vice versa.
Help the QC Managers and staff communicate with translations skills.
Support the creation of daily and weekly QC reports for senior management (MS Office skills required – Word, Powerpoint, Excel).

Required Qualifications:

You must be very positive and professional in your behavior;
Good MS Office computer skills;
Fresher is accepted
Good communication and interpretation skills;
Good knowledge & skills in office management;
Manufacturing experience is a plus;
Good in English, Chinese;
Detailed, well- organized, focused and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
Good interpersonal skills;
