This position will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, market research, and collaboration with cross- functional teams. Additionally, the CMO stays updated on industry trends, technology and fosters innovation to drive the organization’s competitive advantage in the market.Responsibilities- “Listening” to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company- Defining marketing strategies to support Yody‘s overall strategies and objectives to ensure they project Yody’s unique “voice”- Build and develop a highly efficient team of marketing professionals- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with Yody‘s goals- Plan campaigns to bring attention to and create interest in Yody- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities- Coordinate marketing efforts with Yody‘s financial and branding goals- Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications- Bachelor‘s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field/Master‘s degree will be a plus.- Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.).- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product, promotion etc.)- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non- digital (e.g. press) channelsWork location- Hà Nội: 90 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City, Thanh Xuân.- Hải Dương: An Dinh Street, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong City, TP Hải Dương
