Chief Financial Officer

Supervise all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions within the company.
Assess and provide guidance on the implications of long- range planning, as well as the introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions.
Oversee processes and policies related to financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation, and reporting to the Company.
Offer strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and identify business opportunities.
Ensure the establishment of effective governance and controls, and uphold compliance with relevant local regulatory laws and rules governing financial and tax reporting.
Lead the development of both short and long- term strategic financial objectives, fostering continuous evaluation.
Enhance the credibility of the Finance team by delivering timely and precise analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts.
Requirements:
Experience in capital management.
At least 15 years of pertinent working experience.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and manage effectively across all levels of the organization and with staff.
Demonstrated integrity, results orientation, prioritization, and time management skills.
Excellent problem- solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
