Chief Accountant

Proactively identify potential financial or compliance risks; implement preventive measures and report urgent matters to management with appropriate solutions.
Oversee daily accounting activities including invoice review, vendor payments, contracts, tax filings, fixed asset management, and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead month- end/year- end closing; ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, audit reports, and transfer pricing reports; review and sign off statutory reports as required.
Provide financial modeling, business case analysis, and evaluation of financial implications for business decisions/opportunities to support management in achieving targeted financial performance.
Oversee all accounting and tax matters, ensuring full compliance with Vietnam statutory regulations (including TT99) and current legislation; monitor regulatory changes, assess impacts, mitigate risks, and liaise with auditors and Tax Authorities.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate accounting team members; foster a culture of continuous improvement to achieve department KPIs.
Lead budgeting, forecasting (P&L), cost control, and financial analysis to support performance management and strategic objectives.
Build, improve, and enforce accounting procedures and internal control systems to ensure accurate records, proper asset management, compliance, and audit readiness.

Age: From 32 years old
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting, Àuditing
CPA or ACCA is an advantage

Experience:

At least 3 year of experience as Chief Accountant position
Experience in manufacturing company is preferred.
Have strong knowledge of tax regulations, accounting regulation, auditing standards, accounting practices and experience working with tax authorities is a must.

Strong analytical and management skills; good interpersonal skills; self- motivated and well- organized with a strong desire to develop and grow within the company.
Honest, straightforward, careful, detail- oriented and ability to work under pressure.
English communication skills.​
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (including dashboard development, data analysis, and reporting), and PowerPoint.

Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday Working
