We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring the company&039;s financial health, reporting accuracy, and compliance with financial regulations.
The scope of work below:
Responsibilities
+ General control
Accrual and prepare transaction for monthly closing
Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to support decision- making.
Monitoring of accounts receivable and payable by the customer and supplier
Control money in and out of cash or bank
Ensure all of finance and accounting transactions/ activities comply with VAS (Vietnam Account System) and Management/ Company Policy Requirement.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors.
Solving problem within internal or relative depts..
+ Budgeting & Analysis:
Lead the financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor financial performance against budget and analyze variances.
Follow up A & P budget
Lead testing and optimization initiatives.
+ Cash Flow Management
Effectively manage the company&039;s cash flow, including cash flow forecasting and optimizing cash utilization
Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational obligations
+ Digital transformation & Process Optimization
Lead Digital Transformation: serve as the primary person responsible for evaluating, selecting, implementing, and operating new Accounting Software.
Process Optimization: review, standardize, and digitize current accounting processes
+ Leadership & Team Development:
Collaborate closely with other departments to support overall business objectives.

+ Report
Explain all detail in P&L with BOD
Monthly Price Variance Report and Analysis
Review balance sheet/ P&L monthly for company
Publish monthly Financial Statement & Control Reports for managements
Ensure all of the reports come out on time (In the Company and government organizations).
Monthly analysis of Financial Statement with BOD.
