Chief Accountant

This is a full- time on- site role as Chief Accountant at The Deck Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City. The Chief Accountant will oversee daily financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations, and analyzing financial data to guide strategic decisions. Additional responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting audits, supervising financial staff, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires collaboration with management teams and delivering timely financial insights to support the business objectives.

Proficiency with accounting software, financial analysis, and budgeting tools.
Familiarity with the Vietnamese financial and tax regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
Experience in the hospitality industry and proficiency in English is a plus.
Comprehensive accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, compliance, and tax regulations.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage financial teams and collaborate with other departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred.
