Chief Accountant

- Assist the General Director to operate and develop the finance & Accounting division
- Maintain and supervise the accounting workbooks and databases
- Analyses financial information and advice to the General Director about opportunities and solutions to achieve a company’s goal
- Ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the document related to accounting.
- Monitor and control all accounting policies and procedures to ensure internal control
- Manage cash flow and working capital
- Manage and control the day- to- day activities in Finance & Accounting Division
- Prepare budget with the General Director and monitor, report on performance
- Ensure accurate and timely close and complete monthly, quarterly and annually financial statement
- Coach and monitor accounting staffs
- Establish and promote a good environment, cooperate work relationships with all other divisions.
- Other task assigned General Director.
- Deal with tax department and related governmental authorities.
- Assist the General Director in the financial management
- Manage and coordinate external audit and tax finalization

- Experience 5 Years as Chef Accountant.
- Related certificates: Chief Accountant Certificate, English, computer, etc.
- Related knowledge: Economic law, Labor law, etc.
- Communication skill, organization, flexibility to problem solving, leader ship, analytical.
- Finance/Accounting/Banking, Economic and equivalent.
- Bachelor Degree and above.
