Chief Accountant

Vietnam Investment Group (VIG) is looking candidates for a Chief Accountant to join Jump Arena- our Portfolio Company
Responsibility as follows:
- Prepare monthly report required by Jump Arena JSC and the Government on time.
- Managing, reviewing and approving the works of accounting officers.
- To work effectively with Audit firm to insure a prompt and accurate audit.
- Manage the year- end external audit and tax finalizations in compliance with local and company requirements
- Additional tasks requested by direct Manager.
- Co- ordinate and control the day- to- day activities in Accounting Department
- Preparing/reviewing all legal documentation and contracts for the company;
- Formulating and advising the board on compliance policies/procedures;
- To control and ensure the sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting such as commercial invoices, payment document, etc.
- Prepare monthly, annual accounting reports such as including Profit and Lost, Balance sheet and analysis cost.
- Manage cash- flow, bank accounts, control cash flow and payments.
- Comply with tax and accounting law and regulations, update information, avoiding risks from Tax.
- Coordinate with Procurement Department in providing data for Customs&039; report, controlling norms, avoiding risks from Custom.
- Manage, train and develop accounting staffs
- Maintain the accounting database, business transactions and ensure the reliability.
- Control expense, inventory to calculate costing.

Requirement:
- College/University Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Age: 30- 40 years old
- Minimum of 3 years experience at Chief Accountant and prefer working in Retail, F&B or related fields.
- Proficient in using: SAP B1 Accounting Software, Ms Office
- Careful, honest, enthusiastic, hardworking, responsible at work, good communication and situation handling skill.
- Have solid professional and financial knowledge. Master the accounting regime, accounting standards, and taxes
