Chief Accountant

Purpose of Job / Job Summary:&13;
Responsibilities will include overseeing end- to- end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad- hoc projects and requests as and when they come up
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Manages credit compliance and all external reporting;
Consolidating financial results, monthly forecasting, managing the Annual Operating Plan, tax and accounting principal guidance, treasury management and credit management;
Prepare cash and fund flow including planning for cash management;
Develop and maintain orderly accounting system and participate in regulating the generally accepted accounting standards;

Responsible for supervising the work of finance and accounting staffs;
Prepares monthly financial reports and communicates significant variances on a timely basis, including coordinating adjustments when needed;
Plan and coordinate the activities related to the annual budget and monthly forecasting process; compare actual results with forecast and proposal for rectification of discrepancies (if any);
Oversees all accounting and finance functions and activities including treasury management, reporting and analysis, and financial consolidation;
Manages and completes the month, quarter and year- end close and assures adherence to regulations and completes reconciliations of balance sheet accounts ensuring accuracy of our financial records;

- Experience: more than 05 years
- Specific skills / abilities: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and Chief accountant certificate
- Personal qualities: Overall and detail oriented
