CE- OUTSOLE

Willing to support production and audits when required
Understanding of rubber / polymer chemicals (preferably in the footwear or outsole industry)
Graduated from College or University majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields
Ability to analyze production defects and improve formulations and processes
Able to work in a factory/manufacturing environment
Knowledge of formulation and compounding processes
Knowledge of and compliance with SOPs and chemical safety procedures
Basic proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting and data tracking
