* DIVISION
- Validate new chemical, formulation, compounding process of Outsole
- NB Audit: CE- NB audit, new model audit, NB walk through, NB improving request
- Follow up the transition (chemical, formulation, process) from div to prod
- Execution: estimating formulation, weighing chemical, compounding (banbury, open mill, calendering), Rheometer test.
+ Execution: ensure compliance in warehouse, weighing room, formulation, compouding process, Rheometer test- approval, rubber sheet storage; take improving action according to NB request; then making improving report.
* PRODUCTION
- Execution: testing the improving chemical, formulation, process; evaluating the effectivness; prod application; measuring improving effect in prod, report to CE Manager
- Improve current prod defect by adjusting formulation and compounding process
- Ensure the SOP compliance in warehouse, formulation, compouding process, Rheometer test- approval, rubber sheet storage.
* DIVISION
* CE- OUTSOLE
- Validate new chemical, formulation, compounding process, and outsole pressing process.
+ Execution: making slab, pressing outsole, checking outsole quality
- NB Audit: CE- NB audit, new model audit, NB walk through, NB improving request
- Follow up the transition (chemical, formulation, process) from div to prod
+ Execution: ensure compliance in outsole pressing SOP, outsole storage; take improving action according to NB request; then making improving report.
* PRODUCTION
- Ensure the SOP compliance in outsole pressing, outsole storage
* Improve current prod defect by adjusting pressing process
- Execution: testing the adjusted pressing process; evaluate the effectivness; prod application; measuring improving effect in prod, report to CE Manager
* CE- ROLL EVA
* DIVISION
- Validate new chemical, formulation, compounding process, and new midsole model (Full size run stage)
- Execution: Estimating formulation, weighing chemical, and compounding (kneader, open mill, pelletizer), pellet quality test
* NB Audit: CE- NB audit, new model audit, NB walk through, NB improving request
* Follow up the transition (chemical, formulation, process) from div to prod
- Execution: ensure compliance in warehouse, formulation, weighing room, compouding process, pellet quality checking and aproval, and pellet storage; take improving action according to NB request; then making improving report.
* PRODUCTION
- Ensure the SOP compliance in warehouse, formulation, compouding process, pellet quality checking and aproval, and pellet storage.
- Improve current prod defect by adjusting formulation and compounding process.
+ Execution: testing the adjusted chemical, formulation, process; Evaluate the effectivness; prod application; measuring improving effect in prod, report to CE Manager

- Graduated from College or University majoring in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields- Knowledge of formulation and compounding processes- Understanding of rubber / polymer chemicals (preferably in the footwear or outsole industry)- Ability to analyze production defects and improve formulations and processes- Knowledge of and compliance with SOPs and chemical safety procedures- Basic proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting and data tracking- Able to work in a factory/manufacturing environment- Willing to support production and audits when required
