Chef De Partie

Support junior team members and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Follow hotel/restaurant policies and brand standards.
Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section (e.g., hot kitchen, pastry, garde manger).

Be aware of all Health, Safety, and Fire regulations and abide by their terms.
Demonstrate proper and safe usage of all kitchen equipment.
An associate’s degree, Diploma, or Vocational certification in Culinary Arts is advantageous.
The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand, and the Company.
Problem solving, organizational, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities.
Proven experience in a similar role.
High school diploma.
2 years’ experience as a chef or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good of the English language.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene at all times.
Working with multicultural teams.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Competitor/ best practice knowledge.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques.
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
Effective communication skills.
