Manage and oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen outlet, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards, while maintaining smooth operations during peak periods and special events.
Ensure effective inventory management, minimize waste, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and support VIP functions and special events.
Promote sustainability initiatives and waste- reduction practices throughout kitchen operations.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, freshness, presentation, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and regulations.
Team leadership and talent development
Support the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal promotions while introducing new culinary concepts aligned with market trends and guest preferences.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 6 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Chef De Cuisine role.
Relevant education certifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage
Good spoken and written English.
Strong knowledge of authentic Western cuisine is essential
