Channel Sales Manager - On-Trade (Central)

JOB PURPOSES
• Region in charge: South
• Develop the customer network in the assigned area.
• Data mindset drive promotion and visitation plan
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to enhance brand image, increase market share and listing
• Be responsible for attaining turnover target according to company business development strategy within assigned area/channel.
• Product range in charge: Strategic International Brands (SIB), Seagram’s
Key Responsibilities:
Business & customer management:
• Ensure highest level of customer service when handling of customers’ queries and complaints
• Foster relationship with existing and potential partners, especially via business entertainment events
• Cooperate with Marketing team to prepare and implement the activation to penetrate new account/channel and maintain the key brand equity
• Complete all reports accurately and timely
• Plan and implement sales activities monthly, quarterly, yearly to obtain the sales target (sales volume, turnover and account coverage)
• Consult direct manager on sales plan and client performance.
• Have ability and responsibility to understand and cascade sales strategy from sales management team to direct report
Account management:
• Work with PR Asia in negotiating and developing master contracts with key accounts that operates as a Group
• Keep searching and expanding key accounts network within Vietnam
Manage and collect the receivables.
• Propose the solutions for overdue debts
• Implement and supervise the timely collection of the receivables
Manage the department’s expenses and customer investment.
• Control the efficiency of the operating expense and customer investment in the assigned area
• Balance the expense and revenue
Business Information & Intelligence
• Coordinate with Commercial Planning Team to ensure periodical/ ad- hoc sales reports and market intelligence/insights relating to the region are available for BOM with accurate data
• Update monthly market information & sales report to Head OF South Region
Maintain and attend to the existing customers while developing the potential ones.
• Plan and implement the visits to the customers’ sites
• Organize and implement the development and maintenance of the close bonds with the customers
• Handle and respond to the customers’ inquiries and complaints
Manage the customer profiles.
• Update the customers’ information
• Archive the data (sales, business contracts …)
• Categorize the customers
Develop the internal sales procedure.
• Inspect the existing processes and develop more internal procedures to sustain the good customer services
Work with other departments to handle and satisfy the customers’ demands.
• Co- ordinate with other departments to supply the products in timely manner
Implement and develop the cost- saving initiatives.
• Establish and implement the initiatives to improve the work process to enhance the efficiency of the job.
• Supervise the use of the company’s asset in the most cost- saving manner.
People Management
• Develop the employees’ sales skills
• Propose the development of the successional employees
• Evaluate the job results and employees’ performance on periodical basis
• Recommend the employees’ incentive or penalty
• Supervise the employees’ daily tasks
• Conduct the internal training on the products and work process.
