ABOUT WOODCHILL
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and orders in our ecommerce company. Additionally, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Woodchill is a Vietnam company specializing in Unique Art From Epoxy & Wood, including producing and selling our craft products on global ecommerce platforms, our website and social media. ChicnChill is one of our successful brands. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as a Customer Service Representative Intern to support delivering the best experiences to our valued customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers regarding product information, order status, shipping details, and returns/exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first- contact resolution whenever possible.
Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to optimize shipping methods and costs while meeting delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels and update product availability in the system as needed.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ecommerce platform.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Monitor order fulfillment process to prevent errors and delays, taking proactive measures to resolve any issues that arise.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as product development and marketing to address recurring issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4th- year students or freshers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (especially in English), with a customer- centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast- paced environment.
- Strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to support peak seasons and meet customer needs.
