Certification Assistant - Aquaculture

Act as the main contact between clients, business development, and auditors (local & overseas).
Perform other tasks assigned by the Aquaculture Team Manager.
Coordinate with clients and business development on contracting processes.
Arrange audit schedules, assign auditors, and manage audit documentation.
Support clients in using the company’s internal systems.
Monitor project workflows and progress.
Prepare invoices and update payment data in the system.

Communication skills: be able to communicate with internal and external parties.
Collaborative, effectively interacting with others.
Organized, exhibiting effective time management, prioritization, planning, and efficiency.
Computer skills: can use Microsoft Office.
Have 1 year experience in administrative position
Intermediate English skills (4 skills).
Possess at least a Diploma of bachelor’s Degree.
Open- minded, willing to consider alternative ideas or points of view.
Administrative skills (paperwork).
