The CEO Assistant plays a proactive role in driving execution across both business initiatives and internal operations. The role focuses on translating the CEO’s priorities into clear actions, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring timely follow- up and completion. This position requires strong ownership, independent working capability, and a hands- on approach to operational and business- related tasks
What we expect you to perform
Communication & Internal Operation
Design and propose end- to- end operational solutions that empower People Development and elevate Employee Experience across the organization
Support the development, documentation, and implementation of internal processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
Track execution of approved plans and initiatives, flag risks or delays, and propose practical solutions to ensure progress.
Monitor day- to- day operational matters across departments and proactively follow up on action items arising from management decisions.
Act as a central coordination point to ensure clear, timely, and effective communication between the CEO and internal departments; facilitate alignment and follow- through across management levels; follow- ups with internal stakeholders and selected external partners to coordinate management and expand partnerships.
Document preparation and review
Review internal policies, branding and other relevant documents in both English and Vietnamese before submitting them to the CEO.
Prepare and draft speeches and presentations for the CEO for workshops, conferences, interviews, promotional activities, and media engagements.
Prepare documents, organize, and summarize important meetings involving the CEO, managers, and external partners.
Business development support
Support and conduct custom reports (ad- hoc reports) and special projects as requested, ensuring they are completed within deadlines.
Assist in working with partners to enhance co- marketing and sales activities
Report on operational business matters and propose solutions to follow up on action plans and strategic goals.
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communication, or a related field.
Age: 26- 32
>2 years of experience in a similar/relevant position, with preference given to candidates with IT experience.
Commit to strict information security.
English: IELTS ~7.0 IELTS or equivalent
Skills and attributes:
Resistant to high pressure at work, proactive, agile, and quick to grasp ideas.
Proficient in using software applications for work purposes
Ability to work independently and well in groups, achieving cooperation with everyone
Possess in- depth knowledge of various fields.

Arrange and manage scientific work;
Have extensive experience in operations or equivalent roles
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
Benefit (Gross)
Working time: 5 days per week, 8h30 to 17h45, from Monday to Friday. Allowed 13.5 days of absence per year (12 days of absence according to laws and 1.5 days of absence for annual company trip)
