Mô tả công việc
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Central Operation Manager (COM)- an advanced executive operator who sits in the CEO Office and acts as the company’s execution backbone.
This is not an “assistant” role. This is an execution command role.
Your job is simple, brutal, and measurable: turn CEO/Board decisions into delivered outcomes, and run the information and operating system so the organization moves fast, speaks one truth, and executes without drama.
What You Own (Core Responsibilities)1) Run the Executive War- Room (Weekly Sitrep)Design and run the weekly Executive Sitrep as a real war- room: numbers → variance → risks → decisions → work orders.
Publish Sitrep outputs within hours: Decision Log, Work Orders, Red Flag updates, priority changes.
Enforce pre- read discipline (T- 24h) and standardized reporting formats.
2) Issue & Control Executive Work Orders (EWO)Convert every CEO/Board command into a binding Executive Work Order with:
Track EWO delivery end- to- end until verified and closed.
Drive ACK/NACK discipline, check- in cadence, and escalation.
milestones, dependencies, risks, deadlines
measurable Definition of Done
ne accountable owner
3) Command Capture & Decision PipelineCapture orders from meetings/chats/calls and translate them into executable command cards.
Build and enforce a Decision Request pipeline: data- ready, options, tradeoffs, recommendation — no vague asks.
Keep a clean, auditable Decision Log.
4) Truth System: Reporting, Metrics, and Information ControlBuild the executive reporting system (weekly/monthly): KPIs, forecast, variance, root cause, countermeasures.
Maintain a single source of truth for executive numbers and operational status.
Detect early risk signals and maintain the Red Flag Ledger with owners + mitigations.
5) Priority Arbitration & Focus ProtectionProtect company focus and CEO attention: kill distractions, force tradeoffs, publish the Kill List.
Break cross- functional deadlocks and push decisions through.
6) Internal Communications & Narrative DisciplineMake sure the organization hears one storyline and stops running on rumors.
Own internal executive communications: priority updates, policy broadcasts, decision summaries.
7) Board & Stakeholder Operations (as needed)Support CEO on board cadence: Board Pack, meeting ops, commitment tracking.
Track high- stakes stakeholder follow- ups (investors/partners/key customers when requested).
8) Crisis / Incident Command (P0 Mode)When emergencies happen: spin up the incident room, assign roles, run timeline, coordinate comms, drive postmortem.
What Success Looks Like (Measurable Outcomes)Cross- functional execution speeds up; fewer “stuck forever” initiatives.
Risks are surfaced early; Red Flags have owners and mitigation within 24 hours.
EWOs close on time with low rework and clean verification.
CEO’s attention is protected; priorities are stable and enforced.
Leaders stop debating which numbers are real.
Executive meetings consistently output decisions + EWOs (not “discussions”).
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, decisions, and operational contracts.
Strong quantitative discipline: understands KPIs, forecasts, variance analysis, operating metrics.
5–10+ years in Executive Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategy & Ops, Program Management, COO office, or equivalent “runs- the- company” roles.
Excellent writing: can produce crisp pre- reads, decision memos, and internal broadcasts.
Experienced and comfortable to level up skills in sales, marketing, operation. You won‘t do a good job if you hesitate to get your hand dirty.
Tough- minded and calm under pressure. You escalate early, not late.
Proven record running exec cadence, driving cross- functional execution, and enforcing accountability with senior leaders.
Traits We Demand (Non- Negotiable)Truth- first: you don’t polish reality; you surface it.
Wartime mindset: speed matters, focus matters, outcomes matter.
Clarity: you kill vague language, vague owners, vague deadlines.
High- agency: you don’t wait; you make the machine run.
Discipline: you enforce rules even when it’s uncomfortable.
Comfortable with and adaptive to our CEO‘s 12h- a- day working calendar
Working Style & ConditionsConfidentiality and judgment are mandatory.
This role works directly with the CEO and interacts with functional heads daily.
Expect high intensity, fast iteration, and high standards.
Nice- to- HavesExperience in high- growth SaaS/tech, restructuring, or turnaround environments.
Experience preparing board materials and managing board cadence.
Familiarity with operating systems like OKRs, EOS, or similar — but you must be able to go beyond the framework and build what works.
