Procurement:

Implement and control procurement activities based on company policies and strategies, including:

+ Managing and optimizing the gross profit of OVS brands, ensuring profitability meets or exceeds set targets.
+ Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting new brands and products to add to the portfolio, ensuring diversity and alignment with the company&039;s development strategy.
+ Identifying product needs based on market analysis and consumer trends.
+ Conducting market research to understand consumer trends and guide new product development.
+ Ensuring achievement of gross sales targets for OVS brands according to the annual business plan.
+ Negotiating with suppliers on commercial terms to ensure optimal benefits for the company, including discounts, payment terms, and supplier incentives.
+ Monitoring costs and sales prices to maximize profit performance.

In stock planning:

Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other factors to forecast future customer demand.
Closely monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust purchasing plans, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet market demand without causing excess or stockouts.
Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure optimal stock cover periods for OVS brand products.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain and relevant departments to create demand forecasts, adjusting stock levels appropriately to ensure sufficient product availability across stores and sales channels.

Activation/Campaign/Promotion:

Plan and implement promotional programs and product activations to attract customers and increase sales.
Develop promotion programs such as discounts, gift offers, product bundles, or exclusive customer incentives.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

In- depth Understanding of International Markets: Knowledge of consumer trends and cultural nuances in each international market to adjust product and approach strategies accordingly.
Continual Analysis of Market, Product Categories, and Trends.
Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Knowledge of Managing Multinational Product Portfolios.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as International Trade, Economics, Commerce, etc.
Ability to analyze data from various markets, identify opportunities and challenges to adapt the product portfolio accordingly.
Ability to build consistent global product positioning strategies.
Proficient in English (required).
Skills in Analyzing and Managing Profit, Costs Related to Products and Marketing Campaigns.
Proficient in MS Office: Excel
