Mô tả công việc

To ensure all the equipment, set up is ready before activity/cruise conducted
Received bookings from in- house guest and Bim property and ensure accurate recording within the booking system
Correct billing of activities
Handle Purchase P+ requisitions and follows up the process and Admin of Dept as Cadena ,….Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually.
To ensure all upcoming activities are prepared and rostered staff are briefed and on duty
Provide assistance with other activities or events.
Manage the bookings, emails, events and activities requested
Update all the information of activities/cruise and changes in the activity menu accordingly
Keep a professional working manner at all times.
Assist and performance additional task given by Assistant/Manager
To process requests from other departments that include activities in packages
Participate in training as required.
To advise and distribute general maintenance update information and processes relating to equipment as directed by engineering
Enthusiastic about learning new skills and activities.
Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with your colleagues.
To assist the Supervisor/Ass during his absence and ensure operations are running effectively
You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
Participate and cooperate in social and cultural activities as required.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming and hygiene guidelines.
Distribute activity/ excursion tasks to activity officers/cruise team during their duty
You personalize interactions within the service process, aiming to make each visit to recreation areas as memorable and unique as possible.
To ensure that all Recreation staff have a complete understanding and commitment to the hotel’s policies and procedures

Language: Good communication in English
Commitment: You are dedicated to your work and always intend to perform as best as possible. You do not go home before your tasks are finished or carefully handed over to your colleagues.
Qualifications: College degree or above, Good computer
Team player: Together with the team you work towards a common goal and you understand the importance of your role within the team, while always willing to support your colleagues.
Growth mind- set: You believe that you can always improve and develop skills, by facing challenges, learning from mistakes and genuinely listen to feedback.
Consistency: As a Coordinator you make sure all information, booking consistently delivery to all staff concern on time to prepare for guest. All service is provided and quality always meets the standards set by the resort.
Pro- active attitude: You are driven by intrinsic motivation and are always one step ahead in doing daily tasks and anticipating guests’ needs.
Experience: Prefer have been working in resort 4 or 5 stars.
