Card Operations Management

Conduct assessment of existing processes to identify gaps for optimization and areas for improvement
Interact with Customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing matters
Make a qualitative analysis to understand the situation of the problem and find logical solutions
Account management like re- issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities
Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program
Follow- up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it

Issue Resolution

Make sure all inquiries and complaints from Customer are solved within SLA
Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware

Continuous Development

Support in reviewing processes, procedures, card products; propose initiatives, changes to improve card transactions management
Participate and test new product related to new development product/function

Others

Other related duties requested by line manager

Experience

At least 1- 2 years of experience in Card Operations or a similar role, with a strong understanding of card processes

Skills

Good communication and customer service skills
Logic approach, analytical thinking and problem solving
Work well independently but must also work as part of a team
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...)

Customer- oriented, opened, proactive and supportive
Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working environment
Careful, sense of responsibility

Nice- to- have areas

Card product development experience
Experience dealing with other Partners, Financial Institutions and Card Organization
Data analysis skills
Have knowledge about credit card transaction systems, including authorizations, settlements, and chargebacks
