For OpenSSL skills:
1- / RSA (asymmetric encryption, public key, private key)

1- / TCP/UDP

2- / AES_GCM (symmetric encryption)- this is required in OCPP 2.1 (document)

For BSD socket, networking
4- / Encrypt a file, decrypt a file

2- / TCP/UDP non- blocking/blocking

3- / Encrypt by block, key, iv_vector

At least 3 years of C++ programming
3- / Controll group of sockets
