Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mobile App Leader to lead the development of native mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, and a passion for delivering high- performance and scalable mobile apps.
Responsibilities:

Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to modern development principles.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and high- performing mobile applications.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay up- to- date with the latest mobile technologies, tools, and trends.
Define technical architecture and establish best practices for mobile development.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver usercentric solutions.
Lead and manage the mobile development team for both iOS and Android native platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong communication and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, mobile security, app performance optimization.
English proficiency is required; experience working in international teams is a plus.
Experienced in handling big data.
Optimize source code to get bet performance of application.
Proven experience leading a mobile development team or acting as a senior developer.
5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with strong expertise in both iOS (Swift/Objective- C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) native development.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and app deployment on App Store & Google Play.
