Social Insurance & Benefits Management:
- Reconcile monthly SI data with the authorities and maintain organized archives for audit readiness.
- Execute all procedures for Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance (SI/HI/UI) via electronic software (increase/decrease/claims).
- Handle all benefit claims (sick leave, maternity, occupational accidents, etc.) ensuring compliance with statutory timelines.
Payroll & Compensation Management:
- Calculate Personal Income Tax (PIT) and perform annual PIT finalization
- Salary Calculation & Summarization
- Calculate and process Severance Allowance and final payments for resigned employees in compliance with the Labor Code and company regulations.
Labor Law & Compliance:
- Support the resolution of daily labor issues or employee grievances based on company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare necessary documents and reports for local authorities or during periodic labor inspections.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations to ensure HR activities remain compliant.
Timekeeping and Attendance:
- Create and maintain the Working Time Table.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure accurate timekeeping records.
- Other jobs assigned by manager
