As a C&B Specialist, you will support the People Operations & Empowerment (POE) team in running key day- to- day processes related to Compensation & Benefits. You will take ownership of tasks such as onboarding, insurance procedures, and compliance documentation. You will also contribute to the smooth execution and continuous improvement of C&B- related programs and policies.
