Bussiness Development Executive/Team Leader - TP.HCM/ Binh Duong

Receive good / bad feedback from customers and kaizen if any.
Deliver world- class customer services.
Provide analysis and reports on the Sales performance for assigned merchants.
Look for and take care of customers on the Food Chain (TP.HCM) or Modern Trade (Binh Duong) channel.
Maintain current data customers and expend monthly. Build a good relationship with customers.
Working with relevant team members to delivery customer first services.
Track and monitor current B2B Commerce industry best practices.
Following contract if have or any memo between seller and purchaser.
Monitor merchant target & growth.
Conduct Join Business Plan- Annual Business Plan and Quarterly Business Review.
Following bad debt from customers and solve problems to ensure customers can received KMR product regularly.
Manage current account activities & activation.

Self- motivated and self- driven by targets, desire to deliver results
Fast learner and quick thinker
Be able to work under high pressure
Have good communication skills, patient, and responsible for work
At least 1- 2 years of experience in Business Development
Be able to work under a high VUCA environment and build things from scratch
Logical thinking and analyzing numbers skill

Salary review once a year (in December)
Working time is 9:00- 17:30, 5 days/week
