Business Systems IT Support Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Systems & IT Support Engineer to manage, integrate, and customize our internal business applications (BambooHR, Kintone, and other SaaS platforms), while also providing technical support to internal users. This role ensures seamless integration of business systems, supports HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, and resolves application and network issues to keep our teams productive.
The ideal candidate is both system- savvy (able to code, integrate, and automate) and support- oriented (able to troubleshoot user issues across software, hardware, and networks).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Marketing to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Customize, configure, and extend BambooHR, Kintone, and related business systems.
Ensure data consistency, security, and smooth operation across all systems and devices.
Support users to resolve application- related issues, troubleshoot hardware issues for PCs, laptops, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and handle network- related incidents (Internet, LAN, Printers, Cameras)
Design and implement system integrations (via APIs, middleware, and/or custom scripts).
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.
Develop automations, workflows, and reports to improve business efficiency.

• Proven experience with business applications such as BambooHR, Kintone, or similar HRIS/ATS/CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of networking basics (LAN, Internet, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Experience in IT user support (applications, hardware, and networks).
• Ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware issues effectively.
• Strong English communication skills for working with both technical and non- technical users.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
