Pricing System & Process Execution (60% Operation Focus)
Pricing configuration & Catalog management:
Contract & surcharge configuration: Ensuring the creation and configuration of surcharges and configurations related to the contract (on the system) between GHN and the customer.
Approval workflow & visibility: Accurately setting up visibility for the Sales team and price approval workflows between the configuration staff and management levels.
Catalog management: Responsible for storing and managing the pricing catalog, ensuring integrity and easy access.
Legal compliance: Ensuring the monitoring, storage, and coordination with the Legal department to complete the legal registration of pricing tables
Design & system configuration: Ensuring the design of pricing tables (based on sales requirements and pricing strategies) and creation of pricing files for accurate configuration onto the system.
Sales process execution:
Driving the execution of business processes designed on the eform.
Managing operational tasks such as customer lead transfer, customer account changes, and eKYC for enterprises, etc...
Price reconciliation & risk control:
Price & surcharge reconciliation: Performing reconciliation to address sales price variance and surcharges (e.g., Monthly return fees).
Project/Volume commitment reconciliation: Performing project- based reconciliation to process adjustment of preferential prices/discounts when the customer meets or fails to meet volume commitments.
Risk Control: Performing reconciliation for risks stemming from the sales process (cheating, promotion abuse), including risks related to sales scope and pricing.
Reporting & Business Planning Support (40% Data Analytics Focus)
Reporting & performance tracking:
Preparing and tracking the actual revenue vs. target report (Report Actual) from the sales teams (Region/Head office).
Supporting the forecast update (Yearly to Weekly) and target sales allocation.
Incentive support & optimization:
Assisting with incentive calculation based on the published Scheme (e.g., Fixed business commission calculation/commission structure).
Utilizing data analysis to monitor performance, reinforce the data culture, and provide operational recommendations for process optimization.
