Our vision is to transform VPB into a data led organization by providing the data platform and data products to provide ability to consistent ly analyze, report and query information to make timely decisions using standardized Enterprise Data & Analytics applications capabilities; enable data and analytics driven culture at VPB through stable and flexible architecture that supports sourcing of structured, semi- structured and unstructured data & tools; meet future regulatory, strategic and operational data management requirements by enhancing the current data management capabilities not just at the enterprise level, but across our ecosystem.
The job holder will be responsible for collecting, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information (finding meaningful facts and trends relevant to an outcome of interest), informing conclusions (making sense of complex concepts) and supporting decision- making.
Key Accountabilities:

Proactive discuss with contact point to order to catch up business problems to provide insight right time.
Propose & implement initiatives to improve analytics activities performance.
Manage a team of data analytics specialists across various phases, based on actual project needs.
Participate in projects of VPBank, subsidiaries in Ecosystem with the role of data analysis to capture business strategic business issues.
Mentors, guides, and leads less experienced personnel within the unit to enhance their professional expertise, contributing to increased productivity and work efficiency.
Be responsible for data collection, development and implementation analysis to provide insight for to support decision making process of manager VPBank & Ecosystem.
Support adhoc dashboard and analysis for top management to evaluate business performance in general and deep dive into details.
Performing other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Requirements:

Positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and common data ETL tools.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis within the banking, finance, insurance, securities, or ride- hailing sectors
Problem- solving skills in a creative way.
Ability to analyze, manage time and logical thinking.
Ability to work independently as well as teamwork.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Economics, Banking, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Data Science or other related fields.
Professional, self- confident, proactive and be able to handle stress/conflict.
Having experience with Cloud computing (AWS/Google/Databricks) is an advantage.
Ability to understand and propose solutions for applying ML/AI to data analysis problems.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to persuasively present analytical findings to influence management or clients
Proficiency in data management (SQL Server, Oracle), advanced analytics (Python, R), and BI tools (Superset, Power BI, Quicksight).
