Business Development Support (JP&EN)

This role involves both business analysis and the operational side. Working alongside the management teams of portfolio companies to manage operations and contribute to their business.

Portfolio Company Growth
- Monitor portfolio company performance by discussing with the management teams of portfolio companies and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with the founders and management teams of portfolio companies to address strategic challenges, including business scaling, and go- to- market strategies.
- Invent an idea based on business issues of portfolio companies and commit to carryout the idea with high initiative and responsibility.

Communication Bridge- Facilitate business processes between Mynavi and portfolio companies, engaging withhigh- level stakeholders, including C- suite executives.

Deal Sourcing & Analysis(3)
- Support business due diligence and the development of business plans.
- Deal sourcing.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to understand trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Others- Perform additional tasks and missions as assigned by the reporting line.

※ Must have:
- Strong negotiation and problem- solving skills.
- Have 3- 5 years (even more) working experience. .
- Fluency in both Japanese (e.g., N3/N2/N1) and English (ex: TOEIC score above 800).
- Mindset to be responsible and show initiative to drive a project forward.
※ Nice to have:
- A quantitative subject e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science, or relevant field of study are advantageous.
- Working experience in Japanese companies, marketing, sales, investment banking, fast- growing global companies are highly welcome

- Salary : 1000USD- 1600USD
