STRATEGIC SALES LEADERSHIP & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Develop and execute robust "go- to- market" sales plan in the industrial & logistics sector with dual coverage, identifying new opportunities while converting regional and global agreements for existing clients.
• Undertake market analysis and competitive positioning to strengthen JLL&039;s visibility and capture market share within Vietnam&039;s industrial sector while maintaining oversight of overall Capital/Project product sales performance.
CROSS- FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Map opportunities for downstream conversions and proactively connect with clients across sub- sectors including logistics, manufacturing, and e- commerce.
• Lead prospecting, relationship building, and engagement with both new and existing clients to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets, focusing on high- value mandates.
• Cross- sell JLL&039;s integrated service suite and coordinate multi- line client solutions while actively collaborating with different stakeholders including Markets Brokerage, Account Management, Design/Construction, Capital Markets, Sales Enablement teams, Country Account Lead and GM.
MARKETS INTEGRATION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Support Markets sales initiatives by providing technical expertise and leveraging JLL&039;s industrial project management capabilities during combined sales pitches and new business pursuits.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Markets teams to ensure integrated delivery and client satisfaction while introducing PDS capability at appropriate times without compromising Markets sales opportunities.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE & THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
• Guide internal and client discussions on sector trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunity mapping.
• Keep abreast of market activity and regulatory developments influencing Vietnam&039;s industrial landscape while contributing to market reports, training, and client advisory content to position JLL as industrial sector leader.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & SALES EXECUTION
• Analyse and report on portfolio performance, sales pipeline, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate client pitches, craft service solutions, and strategic pricing tailored to industrial client base.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and global Sales Enablement on marketing collaterals, capability statements, and corporate branding to establish credible foundation for Vietnam product offerings.
• Work with Research on industrial market trends, regulatory developments, and infrastructure investments.
