Your role:
We are seeking a hands- on, self- motivated and results- driven Business Development Representative to join our team remotely in Da Nang. This role is 100% commission- based for the first three months, and centred on driving our growth by identifying and engaging with companies and key decision makers, in or out of Vietnam, who are actively looking to improve their performance in the Vietnamese market.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for our potential clients. You will be tasked with identifying businesses and individuals who are facing specific challenges in their marketing, sales, and customer service functions when doing business in or with Vietnam, and who require expert consulting, training, or research to navigate the Vietnamese landscape better, to make better informed decisions or to improve the company’s results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria and transition them to our internal team, for meetings, proposal development and deal closure.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of client interactions and develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively cultivate new business opportunities through professional networking (online and offline), direct outreach, and other lead generation strategies.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects&039; business challenges and pain points, effectively positioning The Marketing House- Vietnam&039;s services as a strategic solution.
- Market Research: Execute targeted online research to identify prospective clients and key decision- makers within your assigned market segments and region.
Candidate Profile:
- Self- starter with high degree of autonomy and strong work ethic.
- Required: Deep understanding about the Vietnamese business culture, practices and etiquette.
- Required: English native or excellent proficiency. Vietnamese language is a plus.
- Strong consultative skills, including ability to actively and empathetically listen to uncover client’s specific pain points and articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
- Proven experience in a business development, lead generation, or B2B sales role.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a strategic approach to market and prospect analysis.
