- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company&039;s goals and objectives
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision- makers in educational institutions, government agencies, and corporate partners
- Proactively identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company&039;s product offerings and growth objectives
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to finalise partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear terms
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform partnership strategies and enhance the company&039;s competitive positioning
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships, track performance against goals, and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on partnership progress, milestones, and potential challenges
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience in partnership development within the education /edtech industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision- making
- Strong understanding of education market trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross- functional environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet objectives
