Job Purpose
• The Regional Business Development Manager, Hardware, based in Vietnam, is responsible for expanding Brady’s printing solutions business across Vietnam. The role drives growth through printer placements to both direct customers and channel development, and long- term consumables revenue.
Reports to: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with country sales managers and sales teams to drive printer- led opportunities across direct end- customers, existing accounts, and channel partners.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time in line with business needs.
• Assist country teams in acquiring new customers and expanding coverage in underpenetrated markets across Vietnam.
• Build strong relationships with channel partner, creating joint business plans to grow the printer business.
• Provide support in customer and channel partner engagements including presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals, without undermining existing account ownership.
• Partner with marketing and technical support teams to deliver customer campaigns, application notes, and success stories.
• Develop and implement business development plans for Brady printers
• Train and coach sales teams and channel partners to strengthen solution- selling capabilities and expand printer adoption.
