Build, manage, and guide the domestic sales team.
Work closely with the Marketing team to increase brand recognition and attract new customers.
Maintain consistent brand representation across all sales and distribution channels.
Take the lead in important negotiations and secure strategic key clients.
Formulate and implement a 3–5 year strategy for domestic sales.
Develop and broaden distribution networks (B2B, retail partners, distributors, e- commerce platforms, and online marketplaces).
Establish targets for revenue, profit, and overall performance.
Set up sales procedures, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
Introduce forecasting and reporting systems along with performance management frameworks.
Determine and execute the positioning of the K brand in the domestic market.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Male/Female under 45 years old.
Good at English.
7- 10 years of experience in a Domestic Sales position in the Fashion industry. Experience in building and developing brands from scratch.
