YOUR ROLE
● Proactively suggest marketing initiatives and activities to accelerate business growth and revenue;
● Independently evaluate client potential and propose appropriate resource allocation or replacement strategies;
● Conduct market research and surveys to identify potential customer segments for Box Studio;
● Collaborate with the Sales team to identify, plan, and develop potential customer leads;
● Manage and maintain the customer database for Box Studio.
● Act as the focal point in participating and tracking the outcomes of Box Studio’s bidding and tender projects;
● Coordinate with internal departments to collect, analyze, and build customer databases;
● Approach and understand the needs of current partners working with Box Studio;
QUALIFICATIONS
● Preferably with experience developing advertising or communication products for publishers such as Admicro, Adtima, or VNExpress;
● Possess a strong and diverse network of industry contacts and client data;
● Demonstrated leadership and team management experience — able to lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve business goals and targets;
● Excellent communication and problem- solving skills;
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
● Proven track record in developing new client clusters or expanding business in specific industries;
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data management skills.
● Strong ability to identify, build, and maintain long- term relationships with major client groups;
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles within industries such as E- commerce, FMCG, Technology, Finance, Real Estate, Beauty, Fashion, or F&B;
