Objectives
We’re looking for a Business Development Lead who will be responsible for identifying a company&039;s growth opportunities and managing its B2B BD team&039;s effort to fill in these opportunity gaps. The Business Development Manager sets goals and leads the efforts to reach these goals. You will be one of key members to our dynamic growth team, together driving outstanding business results for PMAX.
Job Description
Sales Planning:
Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
Sales Execution:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Collect intelligence related to the demand, market, and competitors through daily activities to continuously upgrade the strategies and share insight to other teams within the vertical (e.g. Product teams, Account team, etc.)
Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
BD Program Optimization:
Share constructive feedback to the managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, etc.)
People Management:
Develop headcount & recruitment plan in detail and work closely with the HR team to recruit the best talents.
Train and mentor the Business Development Executives to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
Having knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing is a plus
Strong problem solving and research skills
Driven, self- motivated, can- do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
Strategic relationship and networking skills
Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments with at least 1 year as lead/management level, preferred experience in the digital marketing agency field.
Strong client service mindset, always put the client first
AI application to optimize productivity and effciency of daily works.
