About Us724SOFTWARE is a Vietnam- based software development company with 300+ in- house engineers. We provide offshore software development and dedicated team extension services for companies in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, SaaS, ERP/CRM, and digital transformation sectors across Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Europe, and the Middle East.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development / Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding 724SOFTWARE’s client base by identifying, connecting, and developing relationships with potential customers worldwide.
Conduct outreach campaigns and follow up to generate meetings and qualified opportunities.
Identify and reach out to potential clients (CTOs, CEOs, Tech Leads, Founders) via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Research target markets (SMBs, startups, product companies) to build a qualified lead list.
Support marketing initiatives such as LinkedIn campaigns, digital ads, and event participation (Token2049, etc.).
Maintain a CRM database, track pipeline progress, and report weekly performance.
Present company services (remote software engineer, team extension, ODC setup) in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the CEO and BD team to prepare proposals, quotations, and company profiles.
Yêu cầu công việc
Understanding of software development concepts (web, mobile, frontend/backend, etc.) is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or business development (preferably in software outsourcing or technology services).
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship- building skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
Self- driven, proactive, and comfortable working with global clients.
