As part of our rapid growth, we are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our B2B e- commerce platform. In this role, you will work directly with business clients to introduce the platform’s value, drive customer engagement, and support the onboarding process. This position is ideal for someone passionate about B2B sales, eager to grow in a dynamic tech- driven environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition, features, and benefits to target customer segments (B2B suppliers and buyers), driving customer conversion and successful onboarding.
Collaborate closely with relevant departments (Marketing, Partnerships, Operations…) to ensure a seamless and effective Customer Journey, from initial engagement to full platform usage.
Maintain and grow relationships with onboarded customers, increase engagement and Customer Lifetime Value through retention, renewal, and expansion activities.
Proactively reach out to and consult with B2B clients, including suppliers and buyers (online/offline), using provided data or by independently identifying and qualifying new leads.
REQUIREMENTS
Foundational knowledge or strong interest in commerce, finance, or marketing is a strong advantage.
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within tech, e- commerce, SaaS, or other digital services.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude, growth mindset, and a strong result- oriented work ethic.
Strong customer- centric mindset, with the ability to build trust and cultivate long- term business relationships.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to consult and tailor solutions based on diverse business needs.
