Business Development Executive

The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for executing the strategies developed by the business development team to grow the club&039;s presence and profitability. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with potential partners, and contributing to the creation and implementation of business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain reports on market analysis, business development activities, and the status of potential and existing partnerships.
Participate in negotiations and the management of agreements with partners and suppliers under the guidance of senior BD staff.
Represent the club at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to foster relationships and identify business opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development initiatives with marketing efforts.
Support the generation and qualification of leads for potential partnerships, sponsorships, and other business opportunities.

Requirement:

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze market data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
1- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
