About the Business Development (B2B Sales) Position
This is a core role in the Sales department, responsible for directly engaging with potential clients, consulting on solutions, and driving sales opportunities to the deal- closing stage. Business Development is the “backbone” of the journey from prospecting to revenue, managing the entire customer process from lead discovery to handover to the implementation team.
By deeply understanding client needs and working closely with internal teams (Marketing, CS, Tech), you will contribute to sustainable growth and market expansion — particularly in industries such as ICT retail, fashion, healthcare, education, and e- commerce.

Arrange product demo meetings between Account Executives and qualified prospects.
Identify and acquire new potential clients.
KPIs
OPP (Opportunity): Number of qualified sales opportunities in the pipeline.
Qualified Meetings Done: Number of meetings successfully arranged between Account Executives and prospects.
SAL (Sales Accepted Lead): Number of accepted sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Source new clients through channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, industry forums, and relevant communities.
Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, updating meeting statuses, follow- ups, and deals in real time.
Consult on solutions, conduct product demos for clients, and coordinate demo schedules with the technical team when needed.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams (Marketing, CS, Product, Tech) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Gather and report customer and market insights to help refine business strategies.
Make outbound calls to inbound leads (from marketing campaigns).
Candidate Profile & Core Competencies

At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or customer success.
Outstanding extracurricular achievements (e.g., President/Vice President/External Affairs lead of a student club or organization) or notable personal accomplishments.
Preferred birth years: 1996–2002.
