We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is passionate about the financial technology industry and willing to be responsible for overall account management, client support, and deal closure in remittance services. This role also involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the Company&039;s product offerings and market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build positive, long- term relationships with agents, corporate customers, partners, and branches.
Expand a company&039;s reach and enhance its offerings through strategic partnerships.
Ad- hoc tasks
Find new potential partners/customers for the Company&039;s products/services, develop new business opportunities to ensure KPIs, and increase sales.
Report work progress and new activities to relevant parties.
Scout and secure new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the Company&039;s strategic goals.
Acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of the partnership.
Carry out outbound activities (phone calls, emails, networking...) to create business opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and build up development plans.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits.
Participate in developing market research and evaluation reports.
Work with the marketing department to conduct forecasts of industry trends and market analysis to build strategies.
Develop business plans, pitches, presentations, references, and other documents as required.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular customer follow- up.
Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration and integration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
Willing to go on business trips when required
Having a proven track record in partnership management
At least three years of work experience in Business Development, Account Executive, or in a similar field
Experience living or studying in the USA or strong familiarity with the insights of U.S. customers
Communicate well in both English and Vietnamese (at least IELTS 6.5 for English skills)
Confident with public speaking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations
Good to have
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast- paced environment
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
Knowing Finance- Technology is a plus.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Team management and problem- solving skills.
